Ed Tinsley, a principal of Ranchos de Caballos and owner of neighboring Flying W Diamond Ranch, is a working rancher who has great respect for the land and considers it his responsibility to preserve the land that has been in his family for more than 50 years. Wanting to share the serenity and beauty of his ranch, Ed worked closely with a top-notch development team to make the community of Ranchos de Caballos a reality.

The property has been developed with a rancher’s vision – a vision where kinship with and preservation of the land is paramount. Ed and his wife Meredith live on and operate their family ranch on the neighboring land and understand and appreciate the beauty of this unique part of New Mexico.
